Audience readiness
Review list source, export fields, suppressions, duplicates, and obvious delivery risks before import.
Managed campaign operations
Start with a fixed pilot for one real campaign, then move to per-campaign or monthly support when the workflow is proven. You pay for setup, batching, monitoring, and reporting, not inflated raw email delivery.
What you are buying
Raw sending can be inexpensive. The hard part is preparing a clean audience, choosing a safe batch plan, watching bounces and complaints, and making the next send smarter. The pilot packages that work into a simple fixed engagement.
Pilot scope
The pilot is intentionally narrow: one campaign, a clear recipient cap, practical launch support, and a useful report afterward.
Review list source, export fields, suppressions, duplicates, and obvious delivery risks before import.
Split the send into controlled batches of roughly 2,000 to 3,000 recipients with pause criteria.
Prepare the SendGrid, Mailchimp, Amazon SES, or equivalent workflow while the client pays platform costs directly.
Summarize delivery results, bounces, unsubscribes, complaints, and practical next-send recommendations.
